60-70 degrees on the cpu!? You are literally murdering it. Get a water cooler or liquid cooling system. Thats why tou are getting crashes. The cpu is forcing the pc to restart due to extremly high temps

I do not have any watercooling nor is anything overclocked. At high loads the cpu temp is 60-70 while the gpu is usually around 75
