I bought a Jbtek fan splitter (https://www.amazon.com/JBtek-Black-Sleeved-Splitter-Converter/dp/B01EF9OI0O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1482829786&sr=8-1&keywords=jbtek+fan+splitter), it says it is a PWM fan splitter, when i connected my new AF120 fans, they have been only running at full speed, whereas a direct connection to the mobo allows me to control the speeds. Please let me know what i can do to control my fan speeds with the splitter.
