PC does not respond to keyboard mouse and monitor

Ok so I was working on my pc project about 6 months ago, and finally started again. I had and still have a problem that my pc does not respond to my mouse, keyboard, or monitor. When I start it, the leds and fans start running, but the monitor, mouse, or keyboard dont light up. The graphics card is good and tested, since I used it in my other pc for a while. The psu is new, because with the old one there was not enough power. The motherboard is also new, I was recommended to change it because it caused BSODs. The ram should be good, because I have tested the ram sticks from my other pc (they were the same kind). Here are my components:

Please somebody help me, I have been working on this pc for months, discovering new problems, then repairing, and repairing, and repairing. My first build was quick without any problems, but this pc just hates me.
