I have an R9 Fury, and for some reason, on pretty much any map I get around 45-54 FPS, sometimes around 70. Very disappointed as I got this card for Christmas. I also have a new 144hz monitor (Still 1080p) and I am getting lower frames than I was getting on my 380x. I used DDU and have the latest AMD drivers.

Settings in OW:
Ultra Preset
SMAA High
4x Texture Filtering (High)
Render Scale 100%
Borderless window (I actually get worse performance in Fullscreen)
Resolution set at 1920 x 1080 (144) (*)

Vsync Off
Triple Buffering Off
FPS is not limited

PC Specs:
Acer KG240A 1080p 144Hz FreeSync Monitor
Sapphire R9 Fury Nitro (OC'd @ 1100) 4GB HBM (500Mhz)
i5-4590 @ 3.3Ghz
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
2x4GB RAM @ 1600Mhz
mATX Mobo (Don't want to open case to get brand/Don't wanna look for the manual to get name, its a good little board)
Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum
Corsair Strafe RGB Gaming Keyboard (Brown)

The card runs no hotter than 68C under load, with a steady usage graph in Afterburner.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? My old monitor had the same issue with the new card, before I got my new monitor up and running.

Thanks in advance!

The R9 fury is kinda known for having driver problems with new games as they are not really updated anymore. Your best bet is probably to either update to the latest drivers or even try some older drivers to see if any work better than before. This is probably going to be the problem as I've seen a decent bit of stuff like this in the past about driver problems with this card. do you get bad frames in other older games?

Also make sure your monitor is plugged into your graphics card and not your motherboard.

Not really, 90 solid in elite dangerous, 60 solid with some tweaking in the Witcher, Doom plays great, sometimes breaking 144. Reinstall Overwatch? Use DDU again and try the latest, or older drivers? I'm just disappointed, because I gave the 380x and my old monitor to my brother so we could play together, specifically in overwatch.

Yeah, I was just stating that some games run like crap on some of the drivers of that card. Most games will most likely play fine though.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G4qHjM32d3k This video should be able to inform about the driver problems.
