Best LGA 1150 CPU under $200?

I'm looking at CPUs for awhile, my G3258 isn't really cutting it anymore.

Here's my current build, if it matters. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/cz7Rnn

I'd prefer something from Microcenter, but as long as it's under $200 including shipping, and they ship to the US I'm willing to grab it.

The best option I've found so far is an i5-4590 from Microcenter. $160. http://www.microcenter.com/product/432161/Core_i5-4590_33GHz_LGA_1150_Boxed_Processor

Edit: I should probably mention that I don't really require an i5. So long as it'll run any game I want, I'm fine with it. And I do mean any game. I want to be able to pull up a list titled "Most demanding PC games of 2016." and play literally all of them on decent settings.

I can get an i5-4590 from Microcenter for way less than Newegg. It's $159.99. Comes out to around $170 with tax. $190 with a 2yr warranty. And considering Microcenter is about 1hr away, I'm gonna go for that.

That's a great deal from Frys, though. I'd grab that if there was one closer. There's one in my state, but it's about 3hrs away, and I'd need to go pretty close to Atlanta. In all honestly the deal isn't worth the gas it'd cost to drive there.
