Can i use 3200mhz and 3400mhz RAMs with x99 taichi & asus z170 pro gaming?

Hi,

I need to know if I can use the following without having any issues :-

For LGA 2011v-3
MoBo - ASRock x99 Taichi
CPU - i7 6800k
RAM OPTION 1 - G.SKill Ripjaws V F4-3400C16D-16GVK
RAM OPTION 2 - G.Skill Ripjaws V F4-3200C16D-16GVGB

For LGA 1151
MoBo - Asus z170 Pro Gaming
CPU - i7 6700k
RAM - G.SKill Ripjaws V F4-3400C16D-16GVK

For both LGA 2011-v3 and LGA 1151, please tell me if the RAMs I have listed can be used without having any problems after looking at the processors & motherboards.

Doesn't look like you'll have any issues running them at either 3200 or 3400 Mhz.

Can ASRock x99 Taichi support 3400Mhz? It says 3300MHz + (OC) don't know what thats supposed to mean.

Says you need to overclock memory to achieve those speeds. However I'm sure if you enable XMP it should already run at those speeds. Can't guarantee that for X99 though, but I'm sure Z170 does.

It's easy to overclock RAM to those speeds on the X99 Taichi, if the XMP wouldn't let you out of the box in the first place. I can't confirm if it'll work without overclocking though, but with overclocking it should reach up to 3666 Mhz without issues.
