Advice for new RAM

Hello everyone, I would like to buy new RAM, for now I have the Corsair Vengeance 8GB, and I would like to exchange them for other 16GB, anyone can 'give me advice on which brand / model to buy, etc.?

You'll be OK with any DDR3 1600MHz memory just buy them as a kit to ensure total compatibility.

Here's official list of compatible RAM that's attested to work with MB: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z97%20Extreme4/?cat=Memory but I think that processor may not make best use of faster than 1600. Just some money to save but even if faster 1866 would not work it can and will be lowered.

Will I need to change some settings in the BIOS or the frequency to 1600MHz will automatically? It may create instability to my processor that is overclocked to 4.40ghz?
