We built a new PC for Christmas and we powered it on. We were able to view the computer screen with all the expected setting displayed. We started loading MS Windows 10 Pro 64 bit from thumb drive. After a few minutes the display went blank and we can't get any video from the HDMI port on the graphic card.

On a troubleshooting note everything was working fine up to and including installing windows. During this process th screen went blank.
All connectors have been checked and reseated with no effect.

It would appear that the PC was defaulting to DVI output only with the graphics card installed. After purchasing a DVI cable and connecting we now have video.
Thank you for your help!
