I just recently had problems with my CPU hitting 90+ celcius with simple tasks. I fixed it but I want to test the temps under a full load to make sure it doesn't occur again. Are there any good benchmarking tools to test the temps under a full stress load. Also if anyone knows of any GPU tests to that show temps that would be nice. I have a mini itx case and I just want to be safe with the temps of my components.
