I am no expert in building computers but I have done a bit of research, here is my build so far.

CPU : I3-6100 3.7 GHz

Memory : 8GB HyperX Fury DDR 3 1600

Motherboard : ASUS B150M-A D3

PSU : EVGA 450W Bronze

I am hesitating on the video card as they are so many and If I should buy an ssd or hard drive

Note that my budget is 850-900 $ CAD

Thank you in advance,

James

I dont actually know the exact money conversion for 900 CAD but i assume its nearly 600 dollars...
So im going to give you a very warmful advice...
That PC is budget but i dont know if those 600 its your budget for a GPU or the total PC.

If its for the Total PC you should definitly get a better PSU. A 550W NZXT, EVGA Or seasonic should do.
Then my other advice is to Go on a GTX 1060 OR 1050TI depending on your remaining budget.

For the video card you should go with a gtx 1050 ti https://goo.gl/rS4wzM or if you have more room in your budget go with a gtx 1060 3gb https://goo.gl/PmMOYa . For storeg I highly recommend going with a smaller ssd like a 240 gb or a 120gb and store windows or whatever operating system you get on it and your most used applications. Put those on the ssd and then buy a 1tb hard drive for the rest. The ssd will make things so much faster.

270w VS 450W non real - 80% - 90 W
270w VS 360W real - Free voltage only 90W
I wouldnt risk... you only have nearly the 20% Of your PSU free. I wouldnt Force a PSU like that to go nearly on its 80% performance... It will heat more and have more stress than a 550w so to avoid troubles i recommend the 550w
