CPU 99 Degrees

I recently had a intel pentium g3258 and overclocked it so i changed the voltage and stuff today i bought an intel i5 4690k and put it in its running 99 degrees i figured i could see if the voltage needed reset from where i recently changed it from my old processor but those options are no longer there anyone know what i should do. I was thinkong even on stock cooler i shouldnt be getting those temp thats why i assumed voltage. If anyone knows what to do please help me

Ok so i just bought a new cooling fan for my cpu i have a 80 mm fan on the panel blowing on the parts then i have a 120mm fan in the back blowing on the larts as well is this a good setup if not tell me what is and also i need to know which way my cpu cooling fan should be going thanks in advance for the help

Your case fans have nothing to do with the CPU being at 99C.
