Replacing motherboard and cpu. Will I lose data?

Changing my cpu from amd fx 8350 to i5 4690 and mobo from asrock 970m pro3 to msi h81m e33. Will I lose data/ will I have to reinstall Windows. If so, how do I go about doing this. Or will I be fine? Really dont want to lose any data! Thanks!

If you are running windows 10 you may be able to get away without re-installing windows as it will detect new devices on first boot and attempt to find drivers. It would be advised to backup and reinstall windows though.
