It's not Svchost.exe that's using all of your memory it's a service that's associated with it. Down load process explorer sort by process and hover your mouse over the svchost that's consuming your memory. It will provide the processes associated with it and then you will have a better idea what's going on.

It should look something like this

Got a hunch here, try opening an Admin prompt and "net stop wuauserv" If your CPU usage drops back down to 1-5% it's likely the Windows Update background process getting stuck. RAM usage may or may not drop back down depending on if it can reallocate or not. If this is your problem, the best way to fix it is to manually install the latest Windows Update client and at least grab all the security patches/fixes. Really do not recommend just turning Windows Update off and ignoring it.

just fyi: bugs in network drivers can mess up the antivirus software scanning and cause this type of issue. Generally the fix is to update your motherboard Ethernet drivers so the antivirus software does not hit bugs cause the network io problems which can eat up your memory (virtual memory)
I would just go to the motherboard vendors website and update the drivers, if you bios is really out of date or has special networking support you should update it also at the same time. I would also make sure your antivirus software is up to date.

Yes it is x64. And for my RAM is 4gb. Today it is physical memory 90% - 3.50Gb. Problem started after updating system! These was my first time to use windows update at all, after 16years of using win.PC and i run into these problem, what a coincidence :D
