Is my setup enough for Fallout 4 @ 720p?

Hello.

I have a 720p 60Hz monitor, and I want to play Fallout 4 on Medium-High settings. I have a Q9550 @ 2.83Ghz with a EVGA 750ti SC 2GB, 8GB of DDR3, and a 1TB HDD. Is my setup enough? And if so, can I push the settings higher? Thanks.

720p @60FPS or @30FPS?

You could hit 60 with that card with the latest update, no AA, medium qual
I had a similar card, overclocked it with Precision X up to 1400MHz core, worked just fine
