GIGABYTE GTX 1060 ITX MINI OC on B85m-G with cool master elite v2 500w with i5 4460

Hi I need a compatibility check.

I'm buying the gtx 1060 mini although I have a mid tower pc because it is cheap (around 340 aud) and my power supply has only 6-pin instead of 8 pin that is needed for the g1 gaming version.

Will this setup work?

1. CPU i5-4460
2. Gtx 1060 gigabyte itx mini pc
3. PSU Coolmaster v2 500w
4. MOBO b85m-g

Also, should I do this or should I get the g1 version and buy a new PSU?

Thank you so much. I'm concern about the compatibility though. Base on all the specs and models I listed will it work fine ? A mini itx on a mid tower, I'm not to good in all these so am quite skeptical if it would work

Yeah, the mini-itx motherboard will fit in mid tower case, the motherboard is just smaller. May i know name of your case ?

Again, thanks! But I was referring the mini itx sized graphics on a normal sized motherboard. I don't have a small motherboard. But will it work then?
