How to remove this cpu cooler?

Solution
The screws just attaches the fan to the heat sink. It's just the lever that presses the heat sink to the CPU. You might want to turn the system on for a few minutes to heat up the thermal paste between the CPU and heat sink before you try to remove it. That makes it a bit easier to remove.

^+1.
Also, if it is really stubborn, DON'T just pull it, unlike Intel parts these AMD chips have a mass of tiny little pins on the underside that slip into a mass of tiny little holes in the motherboard socket, you can easily damage them.
If it is hard to remove, twist, rather than pull to break it free, while applying a rocking action.

It's been a while since I dealt with an AMD processor, but I was fairly sure those four screws only attached the fan to the heat sink. If they actually go all the way to the motherboard, then yes. You will need to remove those as well.

After watching a few youtube videos I can safely say you don't need to remove the screws going into the motherboard, as they are just the adapter type thing the heatsink clamps onto, and watching videos of people changing their stock cooler to a newer stock cooler, they keep it the same and don't remove it, thanks :)

The only screws on the stock AMD (non-wraith) coolers attach the fan to the heatsink block. There's a lever you pull to loosen the leaf spring running through the middle, unhook from the top and bottom, and remove. Had to reference the pristine and unused cooler that came with my old 760k just to make sure.

Like everyone else has said, don't pull, but twist and rock. Gently.
