What does "B1" mean in Kingston Ram?

I have 2x2Gb Kingston HyperX 1600 C9 1.65v
I'm thinking in putting 2x more ram but since my system is a bit old its hard to find same exact ram.
I came across this kit of ram, they have "B1" in their model name while mine don't have that.
What does "B1" mean and is it going to be compatible or not?

On bottom is my ram and top is the ones for sell.

Solution
Set timings manually as what xmp values are, should let you still oc cpu. Or your timings are too tight, may need to bump up the values accordingly which would then give you higher mem clock speed and allow cpu oc. It depends a lot on motherboard and memory you have and motherboard features / flexibility for overclock.

Update: I got the ram and it worked well on stock speeds, however when i try to overclock to 1600mhz 9-9-9-27 at 1.65V it still works but on MemTest i get errors.
I'm still trying to understand why.

Stock speeds does not give any errors on MemTest only when i start to overclock.
I think it's because when i am using stock speeds, i set it on auto and in that way bios balances the 2 different kits exactly the same way.
While if i try to use the manual settings somehow does not balances the 2 different kits perfectly.
That is what i think it's happening, also i don't like to set it to XMP because when i use that option my CPU manual oc settings disappear.

I will try allot of different settings and see if that fixes anything.

For example:
Increasing Voltage to 1.66v
Lowering FSB
Change the TN value
Activate or Disable Spread Spectrum
Etc...
