Installing new parts into a finished build, how would I go at this with drivers.

My Current Build:
Amd A10-7700k
Gigabyte f2a88xm-d3h
Sapphire R7 260x 2GB
Deepcool Maelstrom 120k AIO
1TB WD Blue
500GB WD Blue
Corsair CX600
Kingston HyperX FuryDDR3 (2x4GB)

Pending Build
i5 6600k
GA-Z170-HD3 Or Asus Z170-E ( I know it is better, depends on sale)
Sapphire RX 480 4GB
Deepcool Maelstrom 120k
1TB WD Blue
500GB WD Blue
Corsair CX600
PNY Anarchy 2x8GB DDR4 Ram (Mainly whichever is on sale and matches the blue, white, and black scheme)

So, as you may have noticed, I am only replacing the CPU, Motherboard, Ram, and Video Card. Now, 3 of these use drivers that you must install manually. 1 Of them should be fine (Video Card) because AMD Video Drivers don't vary per card, it is a single software. I really don't want to wipe my drives, as I have lots on ther. So, how could I go at wiping all of the drivers, in order to install my new cpu, video card, and mobo. Is it simple, hard? Please, I need links, guides, and help.

no guarantee it will work as you are going from amd to intel

but amd have an uninstall utility that in theory should remove everything amd

the chipset drivers are the ones you really need gone if switching to intel and trying to use the same hard drive

really a clean install of windows would be the best thing to do but amd utility might just make it possible

though you will also be looking at reactivating windows with that hardware change

amd utility

Windows 8.1 64 Bit. I REALLY do not want to fresh install.

then guess you use the amd utility and cross your fingers that you get lucky

Elaborate. However, if this will not work, and there is no way to do it without fresh installing, will I have to re purchase windows? Or is there a way that I can use the one I have already.

Also is there no files that I can delete in order to accomplish this? or is it really not that simple.

Just do a clean install. It is SOOO much easier and faster and you will be happier in the end.

Where did the Win 8.1 license come from originally? If it is an OEM license, you may indeed need to purchase a new OS.
When it fails to activate (and it will), try activation via the phone robot.
If that fails, call and talk to a human to plead your case.
If that fails, get the wallet out.
It will become unactivated upon seeing the new hardware, whether it just boots up or if you have to do a clean install.

I understand, it is just not that simple for me. I have lots of stuff I would prefer to not have to back up. If I need to however I will. What about Driver Sweeper for this situation.

There is no magic bullet.
I've seen it fail with Win 7 and two almost identical laptops.
I've seen it work between two very different desktops.
I've seen it fail between two different Intel based desktops (mine, from 2 weeks ago. i5-3570k -> i7-4790k)

There is no guarantee.
Embrace the pain, and prepare for a full reinstall.

We ALL have lots of stuff we'd rather not have to reinstall.
My system had not had a full wipe and reinstall in 4.5 years. Win 7->Win8->Win 8.1->Win 10. Upgrading each time.

This was also an opportunity to clean out a LOT of old cruft.

Lright, Alright. I am going to just purchase a key for windows then. But I am intuiged about driver sweeper. I don't even want to deal with it anymore, but what exactly is it if you know?
