I5 2310 with rx 460 4gb, ram 4gb
I am playing gta 5 fps always drop, why?
It's bottleneck?
The witcher 3, tomb rider, mgsv i dont have any problem.

Well that is because GTA V is a CPU intensive game. Those other games aren't as intensive. Also, you should really consider upgrading to 8GB of RAM. Most games require them, including GTA V.

I would 2nd upgrading your memory not saying this is the cause of your problem however if your system is swapping between harddrive and memory it could cause performance dips since the system has to do "additional" memory management.
