+Mini-itx motherboard = compatible
+38.5/30.1 cm GPU length supported by case, your GPU is 17.7/11.81 cm = compatible
+25cm Max PSU length supported by case, your PSU is 14.5 cm = compatible

--USB ports will be okay, the front panel of your case will connect to the USB headers of your motherboard
+Your board (& case) supports 2x front usb 3.0 and 2x front usb 2.0 = compatible

General tips:
Everything is compatible and will fit together given that all parts are functioning on arrival. I would seriously suggest you invest money in a better power supply since it will protect your entire rig from the dangers of fluctuating power coming from the wall socket.
