Can't reset my computer to factory settings

I know I have seen the option to reset my computer to factory settings. But now it seems to have been replaced with "Reinstall Windows". I have an ASUS computer, custom built. So whenever I press F8 or F9 it takes me to my BIOS instead of the Advance Boot Options.

The reason I need to reset my computer is because everything seems to have gone wrong with it when I was stupid with trying to move Steam game files through hard drives from the directory folder. Now, like my Xbox wireless adapters won't connect and download drivers and my graphics cards won't download new drivers with NVIDIA.

So please if anyone can help me with resetting my computer, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Factory=Reload OS, albeit the original OS image that the vendor provided you with.

What you want is UNDO, if you have kept backup and Windows SAVED your checkpoint, then *maybe*

Too late now but next time when you are doing big things like that, take the time to make an OS image, anything wrong you just restore and back in business in 15 minutes, no fuss, and you can re-experiment as many times as you like.

So what has happened to my computer is irreversible? I can't give it a fresh start?
