I had this PC built about 8 months ago, It has worked flawlessly for about the first 7 months.
About 4 weeks ago I started having issues where my Default Playback device would change from my headset a couple of times a day. I disabled all other sound options and this caused a popping sound in my headset because it would still try. At first it caused no issues when I was in TeamSpeak 3 talking with friends and playing online games, but as the days went by it has only further escalated. It got to a point where I would get spammed in TS every 10-15 seconds and it would only take a few times to cause TS to freeze and force me to shut it down and re-open it to be able to talk, which has been a pain in the butt while gaming.

I have done the usual adware/virus sweeps and got nothing, I have clean installed windows a couple of times and it still persists. I have unplugged and tested keyboard/mouse/headset and even tried using the headset in other desktop PC's and lap tops and it works fine there.

streaming video's it will happen a couple of times and the second time it will completely stop the playback of the video, I completely uninstalled Team Speak 3 from my computer and the problem seemed to cease to happen for about a week, but has started to pick up aggressively again causing me to be unable to use other chat programs such as Ventrilo, Discord, Steam Voice Chat.

I can't find anything on the internet that is the same as what i'm experiencing, the closest thing i've found has only stated that there was a bad windows 10 update that doesn't mesh with my specific type of Mobo. But unfortunately I have no way to test that myself and the couple of PC savvy friends that I have are stumped.

Can you check your event log for me. let me know what it says about your audio connections. there will def be alot in there about it if you are suffering issues like this. The event log will have the answer to your problem.

it is most likely the sound driver causing the issue.

Short of right clicking the start menu and selecting event viewer, I am not really sure how to complete your request of checking the event log? I've never used this before... lol sorry :(
