Low fps on good pc

Hi guys!

I have fps drops on games i shouldnt have (lol,cs,rocket league)

graphics drivers are up to date
no virus
when the fps drops happen the temperatures of the cpu ang gpu are at around 50ºC

and here are my pc specs:
-i7 6700 3.4ghz
-gtx 950
-12gb ram

Well, first, that is an extremely unbalanced build..
i7-6700 is the high class CPU, paired with the lowest, also previous gen, GTX 950..
That aside, there shouldn't be any drops, I've played lol on a lower build(look at my signature).
Try a benchmark like Haven or 3DMark, try downgrading your drivers.
