Wanted to replace old AT Radeon 5750 video card is in a Asus Motherboard#M4A78LT-M/CG1330A (AM3) DDR3.O Looking at Gigabyte 1050 Ti GDDR5 PCIExpress 3.0x16 can it be done ? also have Seasonic 620 watt bronze powersupply
new card says Form factor- Dual Slot what is Dual slot mean?

Dual slot means that the card will take up double the space due to the larger heatsink/fan assembly, thus you'll need to remove two rear blanking plates from the chassis in order to install it.

Yes it will work. The PCI/E slot is version 2 and the graphics card is version 3, which is downwardly compatable.
