Microsoft sucks! Question about Microosoft Sculpt Mouse, (Battery Question)

I called Microsoft tech support and asked them a question and they couldint even answer it... hopefully someone on this website will be able to help! I go a Microsoft Sculpt mouse and the battery died today so i had to change it, I have a HR6 battery here but on the pull tab to take the battery out it says LR6. So my question was is it safe to use a HR6 battery in the device or could i potentially ruin it... Thanks! Weird question i know but this forum is my goto for tech questions. hahahah

Should be fine, hr6 just designates that it's a rechargeable, and lr6 is the alkaline version. Stateside we call that size AA, or "double A." I stopped using alkalines in all my peripherals after one leaked.
