Will Kingston 1600mhz ram work on Gigabyte G41MT-D3 motherboard?

Hey guys.

Just wondering if 2 lots of Kingston 4GB 1600mhz ram (KVR16LN11/4) will work on my motherboard (Gigabyte G41MT-D3). Will the ram downclock to 1066mhz? Don't mind the downclock just as long as it works.

I see. I looked for 1033 low density ram from ebay and found this listing:

"Hynix 8GB 2X4GB PC3-8500 DDR3-1066 MHZ Non-Ecc 240pin Desktop Memory Low Density"

The seller is computex-tech and is coming from Hong Kong. Would this type of memory work?
