Hello.

Earlier today I went to my local tech store and bought myself a new motherboard, the MSI Z170 Gaming, and installed it into my 4 years old computer. I bought the motherboard because I thought my old motherboard was broken. The slots for the RAM didn't work, was what I thought. As I said, I went and bought myself the motherboard for hoping that the DDR4 could work better.

But after installing everything and then booted up my PC, it went into Windows 10 as it should but when I'm trying to install the drivers for my GTX 970, the computer gets black screen and reboots. I don't really know if the problem is the drivers, it may be the drivers for the motherboard. I installed those with the CD that comes with the box. Now I don't know what the problem is. I don't think it is my GPU since it is in a pretty mint condition.

I re-installed my Windows 10 but the problem is still there. What could it be? Bad harddrive? Bad motherboard? Bad DDR4? Because when I'm trying to use the RAMs at the same time, the DRAM_LED starts to light up. So one of the sticks is bad I think.

Please help me ASAP.
