Blue screen after ENABLING XMP

So my mobo its an Asus X99-A II, i have an i7-5820k and my ram its a corsair 3200mhz ddr4. The problem is that when i enable the xmp(i have already OC the processor to 4.5ghz) it just appears a blue screen. What do i have to do?

Your MB supports up to 3333MHz OC DIMMs however your CPU officially supports DDR4 1333/1600/2133 so frequencies above 2133 are considered an OC and the IMC on your chip may not accept your XMP profile.
You can try Manually entering your SPD information in Bios however there is no guarantee they will work.

SPD info can be got from CPUz under the SPD info tab. Write down the Primary Timings info and voltage and give the values a try in Bios. Sometimes a slight increase in Dram Voltage will get them to work.

If not check with the MB QVL and choose a kit that have been tested at the correct recommended Frequency.
