CPU has insane temps. How can I lower it?

Hello,

I have just started to try out my new gaming PC that I got prebuilt. And I got the MSI afterburner program so I could monitor my PC's components temps. Mainly my gtx 1080 and i7 6700K (not overclocked for both). And when I went to play Terraria not even 3 seconds into the main menu; this is what the afterburner is saying (just wrote down every number and percent I saw)
what it says:
gpu: 81F , 14%, 40%, 1536 RPM, 139 MHz
Mem: 405 MHz, 394 MB
(No clue what this one is) D3D9: 59.7 FPS
CPU: 104F, 36-38% (this varies)
RAM: 3998MB

So what does all of this stuff mean? I mean obviously my CPU cooler must suck if it is 104F. My cooler is the Cooler Master v8 GTS. It's REALLY loud; that or my 3 fans I have. And if my cooler sucks I want to replace it. Any suggestions? I want a good CPU cooler that is quiet and keeps my CPU at low temps. This is my case: http://www.honbontec.com/turbine700_product.html
I want to get this one but I'm not sure if it will fit: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/wdkD4D/phanteks-cpu-cooler-phtc14pebk

Thanks for any help

Solution
Those temps are fine. Usually, temps are compared using Celsius. When you look up the thermal limits for your components, that's what it uses. You are just fine for temps.

Most cooling specs are listed in Celsius. After using a conversion tool, 104 degrees F equals 40 degrees C. Which is great for an air cooler. The only thing better would be to upgrade to a closed loop liquid cooler.
