Video Card Compatibility Issues - Sapphire Radeon HD 6670

I've recently purchased a Lenovo Desktop with an AMD A10 Processor. I'm not able to use the Radeon HD 6670 as a plug and play and Windows says the drivers are up to date. I've used this video card on my previous PC and it works fine.
