What graphics card should I buy?

Solution
RX 460 is the least expensive card I'd suggest. Taking into account the age of your CPU and that you only have 4gb ram, a GTX 1050 is the most card I'd buy if I was you. Make sure there is room in the case for these cards.

I looked at some info that says your computer only has two memory slots. If so, and you only have one 4gb stick in there, I'd suggest adding another 4gb stick. If you have two 2gb sticks in there, I'd probably not go to the expense of buying all new sticks just to get to 8gb. Adding a cheap 120gb SSD would be nice if you don't have one.

ignore the ssd bit if you dont care about loading time and transfer speed all kind of that stuff
but the RX460 is a good choice, and if you unlock it (google rx460 unlocking) and keep using the old crimson driver, then it would be nice for you,
the 1050ti however is better (if you are willing to spend)
however, get 8gb of ram minimal to get the optimum performance for your pc, so rx460 + 8gb is a nice-balanced option
