I built my PC on the 25th of this year and today I noticed a noise coming from it. I opened the side panel to examine where the sound would be coming from and i thought it was one of the case fans but listened and it is clearly coming from the PSU. This is my first computer build. The PSU is a Corsair CX550M. I have a video of the sound. If anyone knows what this is please let me know, I would greatly appreciate it.

UPDATE: the clicking slowed down after some time and now is gone completely. I still dont know what caused it to happen or what is is but for now it is no longer happening.

Hi there n1ck_11,

Well, it could have been the fan inside, that got "fixed" somehow.
Anyway, as it is most probably under warranty, I would suggest you to contact the manufacturer's Support or the place you got it from. The guys should be able to provide some useful information and you can eventually RMA it.

Cheers,
