I just dropped my computer for the first time and I'm really worried, its a Surface Pro 4 and I have not protection for it but I take the best care but my dog knocked it off the table and I'm hoping everything is working, it looks like the back stand is a little off it still works but it looks like it could be off a little. and my space bar does not have any lights under it and I am not sure if that is normal or not but I noticed it. My Main concern is that while I was testing my normal features and I was drawing using the pen and the screen flickered. I'm concerned and hoping that I can see if there is a program that can test all the features of my computer to test if anything Hardware wise could be broken or knocked out of place.

No there is nothing you can do to test for issues like you are looking for. You can run a stress test like Prime 95 but won't tell you if any functions are not working right, it will just test the CPU and RAM and make sure system is stable under high usage and heat. I'm sure things are off from what they used by like your stand, that's normal after a drop, system is hit, things crack or shift or get pushed.
