My GPU is the Sapphire radeon r9 270 Dual-X. My cpu is the AMD FX-8310. If I am planning to be able to play a game like GTA V on max settings, which one is the most logical to upgrade. I feel like one may be sort of bottle-necking the other but I am not sure which one could use an upgrade. Also if you have any suggestions on what to get if I upgrade one, that is also appreciated.
