Asus z170-a won't post. Need help.

Motherboard: Asus z170-a
CPU: Intel core i7-6700k
Ram: Kingston Hyper X 32gb ddr4 2133mhz
PSU: 700 W
GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 970 OC

I just got the rest of the parts I needed for this motherboard but when I try to get it to post the D RAM led stays solid red but still no post. If you can help please do.
