RAM has certain things about it that make it better, Speed is one like a 1600mhz stick compared to a 3200mhz stick more than likely the 3200mhz stick is better it really depends on the CAS Latency lower CAS latency the better. when buying PC parts I recommend using Pcpartpicker and finding the best price per gb stick and one with decently low cas latency. but most brands are not just bettter, I usually don't like to buy anything plain. I want something that looks nice.

It's not "nice" sorry to say its a pretty budget board, but it will work just fine if you don't overclock

That's 2400 Mhz RAM so it won't work with your motherboard, Just go with the ones I linked. or look for 16gb DDR4 ram that is set to 2133Mhz on newegg. this is a bit cheaper then everything on amazon http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820313512&cm_re=16gb_ddr4_2133-_-20-313-512-_-Product even though I don't like the timing's on the Ram.

That memory will work and just default to 2133 instead of 2400.
