PLEASE HELP missing standoff

I have just received all the parts for my new build and after a couple hours I've realized that my motherboard I guess isn't comparable with my case my mobo is the gigabyte h170m ds3h and my case the corsair spec alpha

On the stand offs all fit and are in the correct place except for one on the far right there is no stand off or stand off hole for this position. Is it safe to be missing one stand off and what can I do?

No, it can't be the reason. MBs can work just fine without mounting them in the case. As matter of fact that's what you should do if you have any doubts about case mounting. You did make sure standoffs are JUST under the holes in MB, did you ?
