Do i need a strong pc to watch 4k movies in my Smart TV that connected to this computer via HDMI?

Hi, i have a average pc and i would like to connect him to my Samsung smart TV UHD via HDMI cable.
My question is if it will look good and without lags on the UHD TV.

my system hardware is below:
Intel Sandy Bridge Core i5 2500K Socket 1155 6MB 95W 3.3Ghz Tray

Intel BLKDH67CL-B3 Socket 1155 H67 CHIPSET

Samsung 1TB=1000GB 7200RPM 32MB Sata F3 HD103SJ

Transcend 4GB DDR3 1333Mhz Core I3 I5 i7

GigaByte ATI Radeon 6950 DUAL BIOS 2GB GDDR5

the 6950 is not capable of 4k display

max resolution is 2560 x 1600 thru DVI

it has an older version of HDMI, max resolution 1080p
