Okay so first of all i wanna thank everyone who is reading this because i myself cant seem to solve this. First im gonna give you all the specs of my PC.
RAM: 10GB DDR3 1333MHz
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0
CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz
GPU: AMD Saphire RX 480 Nitro OC Edition 8GB GDDR5
PSU: Fortron Raider PSU 550W
Case: Zalman Z3+
Please keep in mind that i have mixed ram brands, it all worked well for like 2 years, but recently i bought a new GPU (the rx 480, i had a r9 280 before) and restarts started happening about a week after buying it, i bought a new ram and even when i only put the 2 sticks of the same ram it still resets. I made sure that my GPU has updated drivers and i even tried updating my BIOS, which still didnt work. My temperatures while gaming get pretty high but i read on allot of sites including this one that those temperatures are normal.
GPU is maximum around 70-75 celsius and CPU is around 50-55 and motherboard around 55 aswell. I tried everything i could and found online except changing the PSU because the shop that i got all my parts from said that it shouldnt be the PSU so i just want to get more opinions about it since you guys helped me before. Another weird thing i noticed is that my cores on cpu all run at 3793 MHZ but i dont know if thats the problem, i didnt oc my cpu. If you need any more info feel free to ask, im down to try literally anything because i mostly game on my pc and i cant do it :( UPDATE: Something i forgot to add, my pc resets less frequently when i switched back to old ram, (the 10gb that i wrote i have here) i dont know what to do with 2x4GB kit i bought because it seems like my pc resets more often with that new ram inside, even if i only put that 8GB's. I appreciate all the help i can get :)

Solution
It's the PSU I can almost guarantee, it's not strong enough too. Beefier video card and memory cause it to kick the can. I'd suggest a 750W tier 1/2 PSU. It's no secret the sub 90% efficiency PSUs on the market today are pretty crappy.

About the memory, check your mobo manual check which slots are which for dual channel, 1 pair(as purchased) per channel.

I had the same problem with my rig from when I cleaned it and forgot that the 8 sticks of ram where in an order because of the memory timings, for my rig I couldnt use the XMP profile in the UEFI bios so I had custom timings... you might need to get your memory timings and voltage setup hopefully someone here can tell you how to use the XMP setting in your Bios but it would be best to use XMP with the same kit of ram, I might be wrong though.

GKandRiven - I played around with my memory, checked out the manual like LogicBomb said and i placed my new memory in dual channel as it states in motherboard manual, gonna try to play with my old ram in aswell and then if it still resets im gonna only try to leave the new memory in as dual channel.

LogicBomb - i checked my PSU while i was switching ram slots, on the PSU it says total power: 650W, could that be enough? im sorry for asking again because i really dont want to waste money on new PSU to plug it in and still have the problem.

Im gonna go play the division now with switched memory slots, i placed the new ram in dual channel so if it still restarts ill let you know here.

Update: I checked my motherboard manual and i cant find the ram that i bought, could that actually be causing this issue since i had 3 different ram brand for over 2 years and had literally no problem

650 or 550? 550 is a little low IMO, 650 at 88% should run it without too much stress. If you computer is on 24x7 you should really use a tier 1/2 PSU.

The memory should be straight forward, 1 pair per channel. Power cycle restarts are usually due to power/heat and not ram. Is your RAM too hot to touch while gaming?

650W, i turn off my PC when i go to sleep.
My ram is not hot at all, not even a bit. Im gonna game more tomorrow and see if the problem happens again, i switched the ram like it said in the motherboard manual and i played now for like 3-4 hours on ultra settings and didnt get a reset once.

okay so it seems like changing the ram slots actually fixed the problem because its been a week since ive done it and hadnt had a restart once since then...
