What tasks are you having even in idle ? Check processes, scan with an antivirus.
Post a picture from task manager, ordered by ram usage.

I think i have found the solution my ram had a 5.3 gb of not used ram pool ( or something in that lines) i freed that ram from regedit and now its fixed i hope thanks for your help man i really appriciate it i will post here again if i have any more questions
