The rest of your parts are compatible. I would consider a ram upgrade to 8gb if I were you.

but I have been suggested to buy the evga supernova g2 550w and I am still considering it

Thats an excellent choice. However in your case it may be a bit expensive and more than you need.

If you are strapped for cash and want to get something cheaper now, the Corsair CX450M is more than good enough for a system like that.

Its not as good as the EVGA, as it has a bronze efficiency rating, quality wise it is also not as good. However in a general sense it is a good quality unit and you aren't going to be using a ton of power the cost difference would be less than pennies over the year of use in terms of energy. I was just offering it as a low cost alternative if you needed one.
