I live in Romania at the moment and I want to build a pc. Im ordering my parts off of amazon.uk and I dont know if my outlet will be able to plug in my power supply, I know I could use a adapter, but when I used one for my alienware, after 3 months it broke. We also have a lot of power outages here... Should I wait till I move back to the USA or build one now, because I will be taking my pc back to the USA and I dont know if I have to get a new power supply...

If that is the case, I would wait until you get back to the States. Modern power supplies has switches to change the voltage from US standards and UK standards. If you have the funds, you can build your computer in Romania, test it out and then wait until you get back to the states. If a surge is strong enough to take out an Alienware, it is possible that it may do the same to your equipment. The PSU goes out, and there goes your computer.
