Ran the ram diagnostic tool and it seems that I have a hardware error. Now would this be the problem... I'm using 2x8 16gb ddr4 ram sticks and used xmp so now there at 3008 (30x100.25x1.00) however the voltage is 1.350v.... do I need to raise that? If so to how much and how would I do it? I'm using an msi bios the m7 mobo

Solution
RAM hardware errors can be a serious thing.

Seems like some part of the silicon on one of your RAM modules may have become defective and perhaps you get a blue screen whenever that area of the RAM memory is accessed.

Figure out which stick is defective then run your system with the good stick and see if it fixes the problem.
