Can i upgrade the ram in my all-in-one?

I recently got an all in one for Christmas and it only has 4gb of ram, would i be able to upgrade it to 8gb of ram at all? I've seen some people say i can and some people say i can't but i'm not completely sure who to believe. All i want is the ram to upgrade right now so i can play L4D2 better and CS:GO better. It can run those games somewhat ok but the choppy edges bothers me sometimes because i have to run them on really low settings.

Depends on the all in one. Some models have the RAM directly soldered to the motherboard, in which case, you're up a creek. But some use SODIMM RAM which you can upgrade similar to most laptops.

I think you might be more limited by the GPU though, since both those games should run fine on 4GB.
