New CPU and Cooler in place, increased RAM usage

Yesterday, I installed a new processor (AMD FX-4300 -> AMD FX-8350) with a new cooler to go along with it (Stock -> Cooler Master HYPER T4). It goes well with my GPU, a 2GB GTX-950, but for some reason my memory usage has been going up significantly. Since the RAM is in close proximity to the cooler and processor, it may be heat bottlenecking it. Because of this, should I switch out my current DDR3 sticks with some that have heat sinks, or upgrade motherboards (most likely to cost more and require new RAM, but future proofed)?

memory no longer needs heatsinks their pretty much just for looks now.
I would however question if the motherboard is overheating some of the AMD boards don't like running 125 watt processors and the manufactures suggest CPU cooling with the fan blowing down on the board.

I checked and figured out that my motherboard is the MSI 760GM-P23, and saw that it could not properly support processors over 200 watts. I then went to go and find the average power consumption, which was only 182.21 watts at 4GHz. I just don't understand why this is causing such a major performance issue for my computer, especially since it meets the required specifications. Lastly, I'm unaware of how to get the CPU cooling blowing down on the board.

UPDATE: Another thorough check stated it can only support up to 95 watts. Because of this, I'm guessing that there is no other choice but to get a new motherboard. Even though I figured out the solution myself, I wouldn't have gone checking the manufacturer's website without your advice. Thank you.
