I'm looking at finishing my computer build and I noticed on the case I was going to get it had Compatible with ATX and Micro-ATX MB listed on it.

This is the motherboard I was looking at getting and I wasn't sure if there would be any issues with the case? I was also curious to know it this ram would work fine http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104458&ignorebbr=1 I didn't notice any issues I just figure it's good to get a second look .
I'm also going to be running a gtx 650 ti with a corsair 600m power supply. Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4430 CPU @ 3.00GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.0GHz This is the processor I'm using. All these parts I already had so I'm trying to work around them.
