Can i play rise of the tomb raider with an intel hd 520?

I have a laptop which has an 8gb ram and and an intel core i5-6200u. Having said that i know that an intel hd 520 is not ideal for gaming but will i be able to play rise of the tomb raider even on low settings?

Loweeeest Settings . 25-30 Fps 720p (Lowest Resolution)

On low settings, assuming your resolution is below 1080p, you should be able to have a relatively enjoyable experience.
I think I saw [strike]40-60FPS[/strike] on a Surface PRo IIRC, low settings.

*EDIT* Just found the video again, it was more like high teens-25FPS. Debatable whether that's "playable" to anyone...
