Big fps drops on EVERYTHING,it lags on minecraft, csgo, GTA V,CS 1.6,A.R.K...
I think it is maybe a HDD problem, and the "Highest disk active time is at 100% when I play something, and in exact second when FPS is dropped to like 5,the disk active time is at 0% and then goes back to 100%. So that's why I think it's a HDD problem.. Please help me, I am getting this problem 2-3 months and this is really killing me because my brother has really weaker PC and playing all the games..
I5 4690
GTX 750Ti
8GB ram
And a note: 2-3 months ago i could play gta v on ultra, now cant on low. And everyday it gets worse and lower fps..

Yeah, your hard drive is having a hard time with something. That usually comes up just before drive failure from bad sectors. From the error you list, it looks like your secondary drive (harddisk1), not your main.

Get a replacement drive as soon as you can. it will probably start losing data soon, if it hasn't already.

It most likely is an HDD problem, when you play a game everything is constantly being read from the HDD and if that is having trouble reading the game then everything will load slower and of course give you next to no frames. If you had a portable hard drive around or just a USB with minecraft on it see if the issue still occurs while the games are saved on there and not your normal HDD

I don't have any USB-s or anything to try it :/ I am thinking about buying an SSD but not sure because I don't have really much money and if I waste money on SSD and it doesn't help I will be desperate.. I'll see maybe if my friend has a SSD to borrow me so I can try a game.

I've seen this problem frequently lately. There was a change in the Windows 8.1 and 10 power saving features that can cause issues with a SATA reset, causing the system to have serious performance lag.

Open control panel (right click on the start button and select Control Panel) and go to Hardware and Sound. From there, select Power Options. From there, select "Change Plan Settings". On the next window, select "change advanced power settings". Go through the power setting panel and find the PCI Express setting and click the plusses to open up to the setting. Change that setting to "Off". This should stop the issue.

Ah well, that was worth a try. Next step is to check your system log in the event viewer for any SATA resets or bad sector events. If you have those with that power option turned off, then you probably have a bad drive.

I have these errors and warnings in log:
Warning : An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk1\DR27 during a paging operation.
Error: The device, \Device\Harddisk1\DR30, is not ready for access yet.
Have many of these, I don't know is it bad or what it means...
I would probably need a SSD then,ha?
