I have a Rosewill Rise Glow case and on it is a Fan Speed Controller that has 3 options: Low, Off, High. I have 5 fans connected to the Controller (The Max). When I start the computer with fans on Off, I can't turn them to Low without first turning on high and using the fan momentum to get them on low, or I can set it to low and give one fan a push with my finger and it will start. Is this a power issue with the cases controller? It is only running off of one Molex.
