Recently i upgraded my PC

SPECS:
>i5 6500(With Stock Cooler)
>GA-B150M-D3H
>2X4GB DDR4 RAM
>EVGA GTX 960 2GB OF VRAM
>120GB SSD(SAMSUNG 850EVO) & 1TB HDD
> EVGA Supernova 550W PSU

Okay basically i've noticed that i have placed my CPU cooler the wrong way best way to describe this is the intel sticker is facing downwards rather than upwards. From my theory i assumed that this could be the reason why the CPU cooler is making a weird type of sound. I'll have a video example up soon...

I mean temps are going well not getting above 60, i had changed my fan speed in my bios in order to make the fan quieter than usual sometimes when im playing games the Fan revs up loudly and when i exit the game it revs down like a car best way to describe it.

A stock Intel cooler can be installed in 4 different orientations, as the mounting holes/spacings are uniform, so there's no one "right" way to do it.

A weird sound? Can you describe the sound? Looking at the cable management for your CPU cooler itself, is it possible the CPU_Fan cable is dropping down & coming into contact with the fins on the fan?

A stock cooler can make some interesting noises; especially when you have the fan speed/noise reduced in the BIOS - it's ramp up quickly (and down quickly too) as/when necessary. The stock coolers are designed to be effective at stock speeds//voltages/temps..... not so much for their quiet operation.
